March 17, 2010 - Rubberstamp Russ gets his own billboards - billboards in Russ Carnahan's district sponsored by the American Council for Affordable and Reliable Energy after his cap and trade vote
March 10, 2010 - Obama is pushing his healthcare legislation in St. Louis, but the public is being locked out of another staged astroturf media event designed to create the illusion of support.  Two protests are being planned in St. Louis to call attention to this charade.  See the St. Louis Tea Party website for more information.  There is also a staged rally in Washington DC in support of the legislation, so this would be a good day to call members of Congress and remind them that if they vote for this bill, you will work hard this year to assure their early retirement.
February 4-6, 2010 - Did you miss the first National Tea Party Convention in Nashville?  If so, links to coverage of the event are shared at the above.  Sarah Palin was the featured keynote speaker at this event arranged by Tea Party Nation .

These were organized locally by online social networking in less than 1 week.  National "Chicago Tea Party" links  and coverage.  Similar events in 40+ cities attracted 15,000+ participants.

The Tax Day Tea Party website lists only those events which are associated with this specific group of sponsors, known as the Nationwide Tea Party Coalition, who supported the organization of most of the first Chicago Tea Party protest events on February 27.  That now includes new sponsors, including American Solutions (ties to Newt Gingrich) and other groups.
Tea Party protests are also being organized by FreedomWorks in many cities on various dates.
American Family Association has also set up a new website - TEA - Taxed Enough Already - which lists over 1000 local "Tea Party" protest organizers nationwide.
